If you have X-rays and / or MRI photos of the area to be treated, which are not older than 1 year, please bring them to the outpatient visit. If you do not yet have X-rays, they can be requested in consultation with us and/or your general practitioner.

Orthopedic procedures at Flexclinics are covered by your health insurance company. We are a legally recognized Independent Treatment Center (ZBC) and may provide insured care for that reason.
For plastic surgery procedures, other rules may apply, which we are happy to discuss with you in advance.

If a health insurance company does not have a contract with us, this does not mean that you cannot be helped by us. You may decide in which recognized clinic or hospital you want to be helped.

For orthopedic surgery, you rarely have to pay extra.
For patients who are insured with a health insurance company with which we do not have a contract, we have a compensation arrangement. You can make use of this if you pay within the payment term of 30 days. You then only pay us the amount that the health insurance company will reimburse you (please note the settlement of any outstanding deductible, which is for your own account), the deficit we will waive. For plastic surgery procedures other rules may apply, which we are happy to discuss with you in advance.
